Logo

Representing resourcefulness

Our logo is based on two principal elements.

The triangle represents the shape of trees, our principal resource for both paper and wood products. The form is solid, stable and grounded, conveying the strength of our company.

Logo explication

The two circles joined together stand for the cycle of life and regeneration, key to the sustainability of our forest resources and of our operations.

The logo also symbolizes:

  • The "A" and the "B" of our two predecessor companies, Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. and Bowater Incorporated;
  • Our continuous commitment to recycling and innovation;
  • Paper rolls and wood products operations – the heart of our business.
