David J. Paterson
President and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Paterson served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of Bowater Incorporated from January 2007 to October 2007. From May 2006 to January 2007, he was President and Chief Executive Officer and a Director of Bowater. Previously, from 1987 through 2006, Mr. Paterson worked for Georgia-Pacific Corporation where he was most recently Executive Vice President in charge of its Building Products Division. He has also been responsible for its Pulp and Paperboard Division, its Paper and Bleached Board Division and its Communications Papers Division.
Alain Grandmont

Mr. Grandmont served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Printing Papers from October 2007 to July 2009, and he served as Senior Vice President, Commercial Printing Papers of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. from 2005 to October 2007. He served as Senior Vice President, Value-Added Operations and Sales of Abitibi-Consolidated in 2004. Previously, he was Senior Vice President, Value-Added Operations of Abitibi-Consolidated.
William G. Harvey

Mr. Harvey served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer from October 2007 to July 2009, and he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bowater Incorporated from August 2006 to October 2007. From 2005 to 2006, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Bowater. From 1998 to 2005, he served as Vice President and Treasurer of Bowater. Previously, he was Vice President and Treasurer of Avenor Inc., a pulp and paper company, until its acquisition by Bowater.

Mr. Laflamme served as Senior Vice President, Woodlands and Sawmills of Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. from 2006 to October 2007. He was Vice President, Sales, Marketing and Value-Added Wood Products Operations of Abitibi-Consolidated from 2004 to 2005. Previously, he was Vice President, Sales and Marketing, Wood Products of Abitibi-Consolidated.
