EDIWISE offers the following inventory management systems and Electronic Commerce solutions for the publishing, printing and forest products industry: Products: AbitRol® is a roll level paper management system, which provides detailed information on inventory from the time that the paper is shipped from the mill to when it is consumed. It facilitates roll inventory management, valuation, consumption, waste management, as well as providing quality analysis and financial reporting. AbiNet™ ASP is an Internet based system with the database hosted at EDIWISE's service center. The application contains tools to manage inventory at roll level (i.e. AbitRol® functionality), purchase orders, invoices and allows corporate/buying groups to manage activity with all paper suppliers and print sites. Paper quality analysis is also a key tool in this application. To access AbiNet™ you require Internet access and a browser. AbiNet™ is very similar to AbiNet™ ASP above; the difference is that it is an Intranet (i.e. private network) based system. The tools and functionality contained in the application mirror those of AbiNet™ ASP. EdiStok™ is an Internet based system designed for use by individual paper warehouses or by paper suppliers to manage their warehouses. The application tracks warehouse inventory at roll level from the time it is shipped from the mill, until it is shipped to the end customer from the warehouse. Services: EDIWISE EC Service Center: EDIWISE provides a value added network (VAN) service for the publishing, printing and & forest products industries. EDIWISE also provides custom consulting related to EDI/XML. This includes EDI/XML document translation and 'ramping' services. EDIWISE is an active member of the Papinet standards committee and participates in standards creation for the publishing, printing and forest products industries.
